基于組態(tài)王數據庫在塑殼斷路器參數測試中的應用

摘 要： 介紹了組態(tài)王SQL 數據庫的特點和訪問功能，分析了塑殼斷路器參數測試系統(tǒng)組成和PLC 數據與組態(tài)王變量關聯(lián)方式，利用組態(tài)王SQL 及變量組態(tài)技術組態(tài)和編制命令程序實現對測試數據庫的操作。運行結果表明，該應用有效提高了產品測試的質量控制和數據分析能力。

Application in Parameters Testing of Moulded Case Circuit Breaker Based on KingView Database

Abstract: Introduction was made to the features and access functions of KingView structured query language (SQL) database. This paper analyzed the associated mode between the composition of moulded case circuit breaker (MCCB) parameters testing system and the programmable logic controller (PLC) database, as well as the KingView variables. The KingView SQL and variables configuration technology, together with the programming commands were used to realize the operation on testing database. The operational results show that this application effectively improves the quality control and data analysis ability of product testing.
